✨ Processing Times
- Standard processing time: 3–7 business days
- Custom orders: 7–12 business days, depending on design
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready or has been shipped.
📍 In-Person Pick-Up (Melbourne CBD)
We offer an in-person pick-up option for customers in Melbourne.
- Available in Melbourne CBD only
- This option is for in-person collection only (no shipping included)
- Collection details will be arranged via email after purchase
🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship through Australia Post.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–7 business days
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Estimade delivery times:
- Standard International: 10–20 business days
- Express International: 6–10 business days
Free International Shipping:
Free shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD.
Important:
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon delivery.
📦 Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number.
You can track your parcel anytime using the “Track Your Order” option on our website.
⚠ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Once your parcel is handed over to Australia Post, delays are beyond our control. However, we are here to support you:
- If your parcel appears lost, we can open an investigation with Australia Post
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
