    Once you’ve selected your notebook, proceed with the payment to start your journey toward a one-of-a-kind design!

  • Step 3: Fill out the Customization Form

    Complete the form with your order# preferences, and we'll start designing your personalized notebook just for you!

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Complete this form if you have already made your purchase and have a valid order number.
  • Make sure to review the characteristics of each notebook (Basic, Pro, Premium). If there is any error, I won’t be able to proceed with the order. 
  • The notebook creation process takes a minimum of 7 business days after the customer approves the design. (Shipping days are not included).
  • Once you complete this form, I will send you an email within 2 business days with the design I’ve made for you, and you MUST REPLY to that email confirming that you like it. From that day, the production and delivery process will begin.
  • Please don’t forget to fill out all the fields, as this will avoid any rework.
  • If there is any field that does not apply to you, please write NOTHING.
