Processing Times
- Standard processing time: 3–7 business days

In-Person / Pick-Up (Melbourne CBD) - Free
We offer an in-person pick-up option for customers in Melbourne.
- Available in Melbourne CBD only
- This option is for in-person collection only (no shipping included)
- Collection details will be arranged via email after purchase
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship through Australia Post.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 10–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–5 business days
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard International: 10–20 business days
- Express International: 6–10 business days.
- Free International Shipping: is available on orders over $150 AUD.
Important:
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon delivery.
📦 Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number.
You can track your parcel anytime using the “Track Your Order” option on our website.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Once your parcel is handed over to Australia Post, delays are beyond our control.
However, we are here to support you:
- If your parcel appears lost, we can open an investigation with Australia Post.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help you find a solution.
