1. General Return Policy
As all our products are handmade, we do not accept returns for general reasons. However, we are committed to providing you with a high-quality product, and we encourage you to review your order upon receipt.

2. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We ask that you send photos of the defect or damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. In these cases, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund, depending on product availability.

3. Product Exchanges
As our notebooks are custom-made and handmade, we do not accept exchanges for personal preference reasons. If you need to make any adjustments to an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

4. Return Procedure
To request a return for a defective product, please contact us via our email or contact form. Include details of the issue, photos of the damaged product (if applicable), and your order number. We commit to responding within 2 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Products
Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns for products not purchased directly from our online store.

6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the return or exchange is approved. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
